  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, BlueNovas reserves the right to reschedule services without any additional charge.

  • BlueNovas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, pre-existing damage, or structural defects that could impact the safety of tree care services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Refund and Dispute Resolution

  • If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues or provide a refund if necessary.
