At BlueNovas, we are committed to providing the best tree care services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services you have received, we are here to help. This policy outlines our refund and returns procedures for our tree care services.

1. Refunds for Tree Care Services

We strive to meet or exceed your expectations with every service. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of our tree care services, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the service to request a review. We will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a partial or full refund based on the specific situation.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. We may require supporting documentation or photos to assess the issue before a refund is granted.

2. No Refunds for Non-Service-Related Fees

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any fees related to non-service components such as consultation charges, estimates, or any other services not directly related to tree care.

3. Return Policy

Since BlueNovas provides services rather than physical products, there is no return policy applicable to our services. However, if you have purchased any products related to our services (such as tree care products or tools), they may be subject to the return policy of the product manufacturer. Please reach out to us for more information on the return process for these items.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost. In cases where we need to cancel a service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the service at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund or Service Review

If you are not satisfied with our tree care services and wish to request a refund or review, please follow these steps:

  • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including any photos or evidence that support your claim.
  • Our customer service team will assess your request and work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Exceptions

In certain cases, such as services rendered outside of our control (e.g., external damage, unforeseen weather conditions, or incorrect care instructions by the customer), a refund may not be possible. We will review each case on an individual basis and strive to reach a fair solution.
