2. Payment Terms
For Tree Care Services:
Payments for tree care services are typically due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a deposit is required prior to service, it will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.For Products (if applicable):
Payment for products purchased through BlueNovas will be required in full at the time of purchase, before the product is shipped or delivered. Payment can be made online or through the payment methods outlined above.Deposit Requirements:
For larger or more complex tree care projects, a deposit may be required. The amount of the deposit will be determined based on the scope of work and will be discussed prior to service commencement. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service.Late Payments:
If payment is not made on time, a late fee may be applied. The late fee will be calculated based on the amount due and the length of the delay. BlueNovas reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received. If payments are not received within a reasonable period, further legal actions may be pursued.
3. Pricing and Estimates
Service Pricing:
The cost of services will be provided in the form of an estimate prior to the commencement of any work. Our pricing is transparent and based on the complexity of the work required, the size of the trees, and the location of your property. If additional services are required during the course of the job, we will inform you of any changes in cost before proceeding.Product Pricing:
For any products you may purchase through BlueNovas, pricing will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. All product prices are subject to change based on availability, demand, and other market factors. We will notify you in advance if the price of an item has changed before you complete your order.
4. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided or if a product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of service completion or delivery. We will assess the situation and either provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that refunds for services are not guaranteed and are subject to the specific terms of the service agreement.Payment Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or billing, please contact us within 30 days of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible. In cases where a payment dispute is not resolved, BlueNovas reserves the right to suspend services or pursue legal remedies if necessary.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
Service Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and preparation for the scheduled service.Product Order Cancellations:
For products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but we offer returns in case of damages or incorrect orders.
7. Payment Confirmation
Once payment has been processed for services or products, a receipt will be provided to you via email or upon request. This receipt will serve as proof of payment for your records. For services, the receipt will detail the work performed, and for products, it will show the items purchased, quantity, and price.
