BlueNovas specializes in providing professional tree care services that include tree planting, pruning, disease management, tree removal, and emergency tree care. Here is an overview of our service delivery process:

We offer flexible scheduling for all of our tree care services. Once you contact us and discuss your needs, we will provide an estimated time frame for service completion. After agreeing on the service details, we will send you a confirmation email or call to finalize the scheduling.
Please note that our scheduling is subject to availability. We always aim to accommodate your preferred time, but during peak seasons, delays may occur.Service Area:
Our tree care services are available in designated service areas. If you’re unsure whether we can provide service to your location, feel free to contact us for confirmation. We cover a wide range of locations, but for remote or specialized areas, some restrictions may apply.Service Timeliness:
We understand that timely service is important to you. While we do our best to adhere to scheduled times, certain factors such as inclement weather, traffic delays, or unforeseen issues could cause some delays. If your service is delayed due to such factors, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or adjust the timeline accordingly.Completion of Services:

For tree care services, customers are responsible for ensuring that there is clear and safe access to the property where the work is to be performed. This includes removing any obstructions such as fences, furniture, or other items that may block access to the work area. If access is restricted on the day of service, we may need to reschedule or charge additional fees for an extra trip.Receiving Products:
If you have ordered products, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address. If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative delivery location or provide us with specific instructions on where the package can be left securely.
6. Cancellations and Order Changes
Service Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tree care service, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover the costs of preparation and scheduling. We strive to accommodate your needs, and in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.Product Order Changes:
If you wish to modify or cancel a product order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once products have been dispatched for delivery, we will not be able to change or cancel the order. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
