2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All service prices are provided to customers prior to the commencement of any work. The pricing is based on the type of service required, the scope of the job, and any additional factors such as the size of the tree or the complexity of the task.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment is typically due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payments for services rendered must be made within the agreed-upon timeline. If payments are not received within the specified period, a late fee may be applied.

3. Service Scheduling and Availability

  • Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability, and we strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times. To book a service, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
  • Availability: While we make every effort to provide timely service, please note that our schedule may be affected by weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other external factors. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule the service.

4. Service Confirmation and Cancellations

  • Confirmation: Once a service is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or call to confirm the date, time, and scope of the service. A deposit may be required for certain large or complex jobs.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. In the case of weather or safety-related cancellations, we will reschedule the service at no additional cost.

5. Refunds and Disputes

  • Refunds: BlueNovas strives for customer satisfaction, and if you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a partial or full refund.
  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding services or charges must be raised within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

6. Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services. If any issues arise with the quality of our work after the service is completed, we will address and resolve them promptly. Our team of certified arborists is committed to providing the best care for your trees, ensuring that each job is done correctly and safely.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Liability: BlueNovas is fully insured for all tree care services provided. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, we are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather events, pre-existing tree conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Limitations: Certain services, such as hazardous tree removal or services in hard-to-reach areas, may carry additional risks. Our team will assess these risks prior to beginning any work and provide you with a clear explanation of any potential limitations or additional charges.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Access to Property: Customers must provide safe access to the areas where tree care services will be performed. This includes ensuring that fences, gates, or other obstacles do not block the work area.
  • Tree Health Information: Customers must inform BlueNovas of any previous treatments, diseases, or issues affecting the trees that will be serviced. This information helps us provide the best possible care.

9. Changes to Sales Policy

BlueNovas reserves the right to modify or update this Sales Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised date. It is your responsibility to review the policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
